Don’t Forget to Vote for Jake Weber for the EWwys!

As I told you last week, Entertainment Weekly is holding their second-annual EWwy awards, for those actors and shows snubbed by the Emmys. Jake Weber has scored a nod for Best Supporting Actor, and he’s got some tough competition (Walton Goggins was unbelievable on The Shield), so make sure you vote!
Unfortunately, there’s no love for the rest of the cast, or for the show itself for Best Drama, but hey. Jake Weber doesn’t get recognized nearly enough for the work he does, so good for him! All in all though, I would say that they did a pretty good job with the nominations. The fact that the Emmys snubbed Both Friday Night Lights and The Shield yet again (the latter of which just aired its final season), was inexcusable.

The little snippet under her nomination was me, ha. I must have been having one of my shy days! I hardly ever visit that site but I recognise it as something I wrote. Obviously in a rush too. Ah well.
I voted for Friday Night Lights in the other categories. I really wanted to go with Scott Grimes because ER was my first tv love.
I would have liked to have seen Sofia get nominated, maybe next year! She was outstanding in My Sister’s Keeper, broke my heart that performance.
