Clothes Off Our Back Auctioning Off Wine Bottle Signed by Medium Cast
I just got a heads up from Clothes Off Our Back. They are auctioning off a bottle of Little Black Dress Merlot wine. It has been signed by several Medium actors: Patricia Arquette, Jake Weber, Miguel Sandoval, Sofia Vassilieva and Maria Lark! The description says “and others” so I’m not sure if the rest of the cast signed it or not. To bid on it, visit www.clothesoffourback.org until March 13. When I checked, it was only $30, so still very affordable, but I’m sure it will go much higher.

The bidding is now up to $50, and will probably go even higher. Patricia signed another bottle of wine last year for them, and it sold for $150. This one looks like it was signed by all of them except David Cubitt. I didn’t see his signature on it. And I just loved the way Maria Lark signed it. “Rock on!” indeed!! She’s a hoot!
It’s awesome that not only is Patricia involved with this wonderful charity, but she is now getting her castmates involved as well. That’s amazing. Good for her, and for all of them.

OK Dawn, tell the truth, you’re the one who upped to $50 aren’t you?
If I had the money, I’d love to bid on it. I have just come into possesion of an autographed pic from David Cubitt and he signs “David C” of course if you didn’t know that was him, you might not figure out who signed it!

No, Betty, it wasn’t me this time. Although I do have several items that Patricia has donated to ClothesOffOurBack, including a signed t-shirt, I have not bid on this particular item, though it would be a great collector’s item.
Congrats on getting the David Cubitt pic. How’d you come by it? I have actually purchased several items on ebay that were signed by the cast members and I have a couple of pics of Patricia that are signed and one of Jake that is signed. And like David’s signature, if you didn’t know who you were looking at, you would never be able to recognize Jake’s autograph. Patricia’s is easily identifiable.

Dawn, it was an ebay offering and it came with a certificate of authenticity. I don’t know, I guess I can see why some celebrities are reluctant to sign autographs because they know the person obtaining the autograph in many cases is just going to turn around and profit from it by selling it. But then, I wouldn’t have the opportunity to come to possess it. Oh well - what are you gonna do?
