How Rumors Get Started - Patricia Arquette is NOT Dating!
While almost everyone else has the facts right, one source was actually linking Patricia Arquette and Paul McCartney together in a news story about Paul’s new girl. Luckily, one glance at the photo attached to the story reveals that it is actually Rosanna Arquette that was seen out on the town with the singer! Boy, was I shocked when I read the post title, though.
Hopefully, if Thomas Jane sees the incorrect headline, he’ll verify it with a more reputable source, like FoxNews or his wife, before he gets upset.

Ketlyn, that is CRAZY!! It is ridiculous the way the Hollywood gossip mill spins such ludicrous stories. And they say it’s all in the name of ‘journalism”. Where did you read the one about Patricia and Paul McCartney dating? That’s too funny.
But I’ve often seen pictures of Rosanna, on supposedly reputable sites, even newswires, labeled as Patricia. So it doesn’t surprise me that they would get them mixed up. I just hope Thomas consults a more reliable source, like say, his wife, before he believes such a ridiculous story.

This is probably how it started - http://www.accesshollywood.com/news/ah7565.shtml has a headline that says Are Paul McCartney & Patricia Arquette Dating? Some of the other sources probably didn’t read the article following closely, knew Access Hollywood was pretty reliable and just wrote their whole story around the incorrect headline.

That’s funny because I don’t really think Rosanna and Patricia look that much alike at all - how could they make that mistake? It’s not like they are Ashley and Mary Kate Olsen who are twins for Pete’s sake! They just share the same last name and blonde hair.
That reminds me of a funny quote David Cubitt once gave in an interview - the interviewer asked him about doing a nude scene to which he replied, “No because I wouldn’t want to be confused with Ewan Macgregor.” Somehow I don’t think that would happen. Ha!

I just checked the link again and Access Hollywood finally fixed the headline on their article, so hopefully everyone else will, too.
