Medium Dreams Wants You

by Katelyn on January 1st, 2008

If you have a good bit of Medium trivia to share, I’d love to hear it. I want it to have people running back to watch previous season dvds, calling up their friends, wishing they were psychic…well, you get the idea. You can either post it here for instant gratification, or you can email it to me and I will make it into a trivia poll for a future week’s trivia challenge.

    Okay, Katelyn, I’ll start.

In which episode, in which season, does Joe say “There’s no point in arguing with a crazy person.” to Allison?

I love this stuff. I could go on and on with this. I’ve even created a few questions for the Medium trivia challenge at BuddyTV. Mine are the harder ones. Some of those are too easy.

    Great idea Katelyn!

Dawn, I believe that was from “Allison in Wonderland”.

    Here’s another one for ya’ll - What was Scanlon’s sister’s first name?

Oops! I suppose I should add, what episode did we find that out?

Oh, I just watched that episode the other day. I believe her name is Lorraine and we find this out in Scanlon’s first episode, “A Couple of Choices.”

Yay, now for a new question…I can’t think of hard one. Okay, here’s one: There was a nasty defense attorney that kept cropping up in the first two seasons. He had large suspicions about Allison and played a large role in several episodes. Then, all of a sudden, he disappeared for the entire third season. Who is he and in what episode did he appear first?

Nice going on the question, Holly. I had to think about that one for a minute.

Good one too, Holly. His name was Larry Watt and he first appeared in the episode “In Sickness & Adultery”. ( I don’t remember the number but it’s from season one)
Another really great episode. (That’s the one that won Patricia the Emmy).

    Betty, very good.

    Here’s another one:
What Biblical verse was the trademark of the serial killer in the “When Push Comes to Shove” episodes?

    Holly, you are correct!

Oh, “When Push Comes to Shove” that’s one of my favorites. Darn, I have to get the DVD out because I cannot remember the correct wording of that verse.

Dawn, why don’t we add to that what color hair did most of the victims have in common?

Here’s one - what was Scanlon dreaming about in “Four Dreams?” What season is this ep from?

OH, one more thing - I was watching USA network last night and they had a couple of commercials for Medium! Yea!!!!!

Scanlon was dreaming about having a son; one he rented at the miniature golf course! It was the opener for season three.
And the quote is about Isiah and the sins of the father, right? The character’s name was Isiah and he was killing all the people born from his father’s sperm donations in “When Push Comes to Shove”.
    A few more days…

The Bible verse was Isaiah 14:21 and it was about children being punished for the sins of their fathers. And the victims all had red hair. That part was too easy. We should have made that one a poll question, lol.

    Who’s next?

Rachel, you are right! “Four Dreams” is one of my favorite eps and so funny! David was so great in that scene when the guy at the booth says, “I hear it’s even more fun when you bring your own kids” and Scanlon replies,”Yea, I heard that” and the guy says, “You know where to get some?” (may not be the exact words, but you get the gist) and Scanlon says, “I know people” and then wakes up with a gasp! Hysterical! I thought it was significant that we DID NOT see him with Deputy Doll in that dream, nor was she mentioned. “Rent A Kid” those Medium writers are so darn clever!
