Medium Episode 4.14 “Car Trouble” Open Mic
Car trouble takes on a whole new meaning tonight. This is the episode where, for some reason, Joe decides to buy Allison a used car. Being Allison, she doesn’t have a problem with the window not rolling down or a seat that doesn’t go forward. No, her car gives her dreams about the evil in its past.
What do you say to a gift like this? Gee, thanks, Hon. Next time, why don’t you just give me a bus pass?
Well, tonight, I have Irish coffee and bar snacks because my brother is watching Medium with us. Hot wing, anyone? Pass me those nuts, will you?

Ooh, Irish coffee and bar snacks. Sounds good, Katelyn. Save some wings and celery sticks for me!
This ep looks really good too. The teaser vid up at NBC looks interesting. I know that’s got to be a dream sequence they were shooting, but it looks really scary. How is Allison gonna handle THAT dream, I wonder?
But you know what, I wonder if they’re actually gonna get rid of the Volvo, or if this is a plot device to use the car. I kinda like the old boat, though I must say, it is about time for Allison to get a new car. Wonder what kind of car she’ll get? Maybe a shiny SUV? Or an eco-friendly hybrid? What do you think?

I don’t want to think of my car as a bomb.
Holy cow, I think I’d be getting a new one too after I woke up from that dream.

Dawn,
I don’t know. Hybrids are making people in other countries starve because we’re using so much of our corn to make ethanol…can’t someone come up with a car that runs on garbage without causing polution?

So, she waits til Joe falls asleep to go play with the car. Whoa, she’s getting shot at and spattered with blood.

Umm, Allison, have you considered a horse and carriage? You’re really not having good luck with cars this week.

I’m not the problem here. The car is haunted.

I REALLY don’t trust this boss of Joe. Something about her seems so off! I thought she might steal joes idea! I have no clue though, it’s making me nervous just watching though. Something about her isn’t right!

Does the nav system sound like that? I’m glad I don’t have one. Sounds spooky.

Lena,
I swear mine has an attitude problem. If I decide to take another road, it pauses and then says, “recalculating.” But I can tell it is thinking I’m a loser who can’t follow directions.

If you go over someone’s house and they have a tennis ball on a string in the garage, run.

Oh and BTW, you are not a loser Katelyn.

What’s up with that folks? Meg is going to throw herself at Joe? HOW DROLL.
Oh well, we’ll find out what’s up soon enough. I’m intrigued by the evil twin ep next week.
Have a great week everyone-see you on Monday.

Terrific Episode
Dawn, did you notice Patricia’s hair, it was exactly like it was when we met her. The length, the hair do, exactly. Pull out your picture when you watch this episode.

Holy freakin’ Christine! Did the writers channel Stephen King when they were writing this episode, cuz that sure as heck scared the crap outta me! I’m with Allison. That car was possessed! The GPS thing really creeped me out. And then locking her in the garage. I am never getting a car with a nav system. The murder scenario was very clever, and it was cool the way they made it seem like Allison’s vision was real, but it really wasn’t. And the guy dying in the car at the end. Ya gotta wonder, did the car get revenge, or did he do it to himself? Whatever, it was definitely freaky!
That Meghan is a VERY shady creature. Joe better watch his back with her. I have a feeling she’s gonna rob him blind. And Allison better watch it too. Looks like she’s about to have to fight for her man. Catfight!!
Tom, you’re right. Patricia looked exactly the same as she did when we met her. Gorgeous, wasn’t she?

What a great episode! Except I do think it’s about time Allison got a new car - don’t know how they were supposed to swing this financially though, but anyway, I think the Volvo needs to go bye-bye.
Thank goodness we didn’t have to see DiNovi this week!
That was scary when the navigation system was controlling things more or less. How do you explain the car went back to it’s former home? Did anyone else notice that the perp’s house was the only one on the whole street with a mailbox out front?
I don’t want a navigation system - I mean where is your sense of adventure? Whenever I’ve been driving somewhere and took a wrong turn, I always end up seeing where something is that I need to find later on for whatever reason, so I always look at it as an adventure.
What a diabolical way to off your wife? Place a gun in a vice and use the old tennis ball tied to a string to pull the trigger? Can you say pre-meditated? How do you suppose he tried it out to see EXACTLY where to place it?
