If DiNovi were to die, how would you like to see her go out?
I realize not everyone agrees Deputy Mayor Lynn DiNovi needs to go, but let us pretend for a moment everyone does. You remember pretending. It’s that thing you used to spend hours doing as a kid to amuse yourself and stay out of your parents’ hair.
So if DiNovi were to suddenly and unexpectedly die, how should she go out? A quick and painless death? A political death? A painful and gruesome death? (Poll idea by Nansee)

Okay, I was trying to play along with your sick little fanracy, and tried to add the answer one of Scanlon’s old drug buddies shoots her to get back at Scanlon, but it wouldn’t let me! So, if I could vote, that’s what I would vote for, even though they are way more storylines available with her alive!

Can I pick “All of the above”?! Holly, I like your answer about the drug buddy. I couldn’t figure out which one to pick, but the snake bite one is hilarious. I’d like it to be a quick death scene–perhaps even offscreen, and we just hear about it.

This is the funniest poll ever! I picked the one about the liquor store - it’s the Barbie Doll thing that got me - that is just priceless!
I agree with nansee - her acting is far too bad for us to have to endure a death scene - we could just hear about it - or they could use a stand-in and have it be kinda filmy in a dream - anything to spare us her poor skills. Or she could be dead already and Scanlon could be the responding detective - Emmy material I tell you - someone nominate this man for a Best Supporting Actor Emmy!!!! NOW! Hey, we’d get to see him all dressed up in a tux and everything at the awards ceremony - you think he’s cute now, wait till you get a load of him in a tux! I’d get the vapors for sure!

No, I didn’t vote before, and I didn’t get an error screen. I just typed in my alternate answer, but it wouldn’t let me click the little circle next to it. All well, I don’t even try to understand computers.
I will agree that if she had to die, Scanlon had better get some good sad, upset, and angry scenes (only if she had to, though)!

I wanted to add an answer, but let’s face it. I couldn’t come up with anything better than being stabbed by a junkie with a Barbie phobia, so that’s my vote. But anything that gets her off the show gets my vote. And like everyone else, pleeaase make it on off-screen death so we don’t have to endure more of her terrible acting. It would probably be worse than Shelley Winters in The Poseidon Adventure. She could probably make that scene look good by comparison.
