Thomas Jane was in this movie, so I’ve got my fingers crossed that between her brother and her hubby being in it, Patricia Arquette will show up at the signing. If anyone can attend, don’t forget to beg David for a few spoilers from the episode of Medium he’s directing in Season 4!

Too bad I don’t live in CA or were independently wealthy!
We should all send our thoughts and prayers out to those people in CA being affected by the high winds that are whipping those horrible fires out of control. At the same time, we should pray for the people in Georgia who are experiencing a severe drought this year and may be out of drinking water soon.
Pray for the brave firefighter men and women who are battling these blazes and risking their lives to do so.
I sincerely hope all of the cast members of Medium are out of harm’s way.

Oh, man, I SO wish I lived in CA right now. That would be so cool, though I don’t think we’ll be seeing Thomas or Patricia there. With Patricia hard at work on Medium and Thomas in New Mexico deep in preproduction on his new movie (that he’s directing AND starring in), I doubt if we’ll be seeing either of them there. Thomas did take a few days off this past weekend to appear at the Spike Scream Awards, but alas, Patricia wasn’t with him. I suspect that they’re both too busy to take time out for this event, though I’m sure they’re both behind David 100%.
And I’d like to add my thoughts and prayers to Betty’s for all the people in CA who have been endangered or forced to leave their homes because of the fires. I read that David & Courteney’s home was in the threatened area, and I really hope that isn’t true and that all are safe. My prayers are with them all, as well as the people in Georgia who are suffering because of the drought.
