Open Mic for Raising Cain - Originally aired 1/23/06

by Katelyn on November 25th, 2007

Raising Cain is the episode where Allison is upset by visions of the destruction caused by a boy she has just saved in the future. The rerun airs tonight at 11 EST on Lifetime.

I’m kind of tired of turkey and pumpkin pie, so I’ll be serving something lighter - lemon sponge cake and a few of my favorite dessert wines.

Stop by if you get the chance!

I forgot the way this episode started. The instructional filmstrip and the teacher mouthing “Mommy” in her daughter’s voice. Creepy!

Look in the bag. He’s still alive. Look in the bag!

His mother’s a bit twisted, huh?

What would Allison do without Joe to help her. As he says “Joe DuBois, husband, father, moral compass.”

That height requirement sign is so funny. We totally did things like that to our younger siblings growing up.

And it is his mom’s death that saved him and turned him into a wonderful boy.

Once again, I’m sorry I could not be here to commiserate with you. A very good episode! Creepy Mom and her ideals. Poor child. Imagine what a hellish life he would have had if his Mom had lived - ICK!

How could the Dad possibly be that clueless? I guess we should be thankful that the Mom didn’t have that good of an aim - what a creepy dream to see him breathing!

Didn’t you just LOVE Scanlon in this ep? He was so close to Allison - I think they lost a little of that toward the end of the 3rd season. 3rd season started out with them on good terms and then they seemed to make him more distant.

Wonder if they really looked at that window seal to see if it was pryed on from the outside or inside? I’ve been watching CSI for too long I guess.

    Great snacks Katelyn!
