I absolutely cannot wait! There’d better be a lot of Scanlon this week to make for the complete lack of Scanlon last week.
There is a small clip of the show up at Zap2It.com
********Spoiler Alert*********
On TV guide.com in the Ausiello Report, he mentions that Jason Priestly will play a compulsive gambler who cuts off his wife’s head and hides it and Allison has been having dreams about him. Hmmm - this will take 3 episodes to resolve? Interesting.

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone had a great week.
By now all have you read about the request for additional 6 scripts for Medium.
I have said from the beginning of the 3rd season that I didn’t see what all the worry was about NBC renewal of Medium for a 4th season. I still maintain that this will happen.
Look at how many more people will now be exposed to the Medium episodes we have all seen and loved. Now Medium will appear on NBC, LifeTime and the Sci Fi channel. This will potentially add millions of viewers.
I think NBC needs to do some soul searching and determine what is it they want to achieve. I would think their goal should be is to put Medium in a time slot that will maximize the number of people that will watch the show and there by potentially purchase/use the products that are advertised on their network.
Going up against shows like Lost is not going to get them huge numbers of additional viewers. Now this where the gamble lies, put Medium on when there are many viewers actually looking for something to watch. Anyone I talk to who has never seen Medium and gives it a shot, have become loyal Medium fans.
Medium has everything, great writers, great actors, great production crews, chemistry, … I can go on and on. Its current, its interesting and NBC should show some confidence in what they have. They should start promoting this show like they really mean it.
If you recall, a couple of weeks ago when Patricia was in New York, she went to the Letterman, (CBS) great interview, the View (ABC) a great interview also. Then NBC the network that shows Medium, has Patricia standing in the street carrying on a conversation with the Today show that couldn’t have lasted 4 minutes. Look at the advertisement that Sheila had on this site today with Patricia Arquette interview on the SCI FI channel and Allison Dubois on SCI FI channel. NBC should take a lesson from SCI FI channel in how to promote a show.
Wow, I can believe I said all this and I am know as the quiet one. I hope some of you understand what I am trying to say, looking forward to seeing you on here later.

Let’s talk drinks and snacks for tonight’s open mic night - we should really do it up big and celebrate the order of those 6 new scripts.
Anyone know how long it takes to write a script? When the net asks for 6 new scripts, in what time frame do they have to complete them?
Back to drinks or libations as it were - I’m always good for a big pitcher of Margaritas, frozen and on the rocks - salt on the rim on request - YUM!
I think I’ll bring some chocolate cake, too…
Sheila - what are you bringing this week?
Dawn - another onion blossom, perhaps?
Holly, how about you?
Anyone?
The party starts now…………..

Hi Betty, are you having any problems trying to submit comments on here?
Betty
Apr 11, 2007 at 2:19 pm
Hi Tom! My comments went up just fine, however, the thingy on the side said there were 4 comments and mine was the only one - maybe the first couple went to never never land?

I can’t answer from home, but I will be reading the comments on my cell phone! TV.com has some clips up, too, this week!

Hi, all. It’s Wednesday at last. I’m already so tired, I might have to tape the show and watch it tomorrow :( . The episode looks really good. I’ve always liked the ones with Michael, so this one better not disappoint me.
Humm… I quite a big fan of chocolate cake a la mode, so I might add some ice cream to add to Betty’s cake! I’m also up for some onion blossoms. Well, off to watch the clips over at tv.com!

Hi, guys,
I’m so excited about tonight I can hardly stand it. This news of NBC’s ordering more scripts has me over the moon. So I’m in the mood to celebrate. I’m in for a bloomin’ onion.
Betty, are the margaritas ready? I’ll have mine frozen with extra salt please.
See you tonight.

Hi everyone. I have been buried all day and just now emptied the Spam filter.
Tom, I deleted three of your duplicate comments but then realized the fourth one was not complete. So sorry. If you want to post your full comment one more time, I will delete the partial one that shows as #2 now.
I have to work this evening but will be back for the 10pm PST show. See you guys then!

Hello everyone. I’m new here. I’ve intended to join you now for three weeks and something kept coming up. I’m friends with Tom. I’m excited to be able to chat.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 7:57 pm
Dawn, I’m excited about the news of the six scripts too. It is a great relief. By the way, before I forget…you must be mediumfanatic. I love your comments, by the way. Every time someone left a stupid comment or insulted the show, I’d just tell my husband, don’t worry, mediumfanatic will set ‘em straight. Glad to get to meet you better.

Okay, peeps, scroll up and read Tom’s comment #2. I just restored it to all its original glory. Sorry Tom.
Welcome Dorothy!

Have most of you already watched tonight’s episode? I know some people are writing in from the east (Tom) and some from the west. Is anyone watching it now?
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:27 pm
Hi everyone,
Welcome Dorothy, glad you could make it. Well another great show.

Apr 11, 2007 at 8:28 pm
Hi Sheila,
I see my comment finally made it, I must have set a record on how long it took to get up there.
Hi Dawn
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:30 pm
Sheila,
My comment shown in 2 above is complete. Was I doing something wrong, is that why it didn’t pop up as usual?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:36 pm
I love how Bridgette looked when she was accusing her teacher, and how happy Ariel looked when she was informing her dad that he had to go talk with the principal. She looked so satisfied.
OK, that woman’s breasts are way too big for that bra. I couldn’t help but notice.
Did anyone feel embarrassed for Michael while he was doing his psychic act while examining the crime scene?
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:41 pm
Dorothy,
I don’t know, I thought they were perfect. See I told you they have great photography in the show
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:42 pm
Dorothy,
You are watching Medium already?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:44 pm
Tom,
Right this minute, yep. Good stuff. Haven’t you already watched it. I thought you saw it an hour or so ago.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:48 pm
Dorothy,
I did about an hour ago, I thought you were in the same time zone as California. I thought this show had some lighter moments probably due to her brother directing. He does have a wuite a sense of humor.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 8:50 pm
Dorothy,
Do you find it always all business on the set when filming?
I have the feeling that the actors on Medium really get along great on the set and wouldn’t be suprised if there is quite a bit of practical joking that goes on.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:08 pm
Tom
If we’re in earshot of where filming is taking place, you can bet we’re all business. But when filming isn’t going on and we’re away from the action, yeah, I’ve had a lot of fun with other actors.
I think you are right. The cast of Medium seems to get along really well. You can tell by the behind-the-scenes footage that there is time to be serious and time to play around.
That was a good episode, but not my favorite. Did I hear right at the end that the son would get only five years in jail for a murder?
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:23 pm
Thats what I thought I heard. Looks like everyone else is either watching it or haven’t arrived yet.
I see you managed to have your kids in bed by the time Medium comes on.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:24 pm
This is rather a light night of talking, guess everyone is still recovering from the weekend.
Tom

Hi, everyone
I’m back. Sorry to be so late, but it’s been a crazy day.
Hi, Tom, glad to see you made it tonite. I haven’t heard from you today. Thought maybe you fell off the planet.
Hi, Dorothy, and welcome to Open Mic Nite. As far as my being mediumfanatic, I refuse to answer on the grounds that I might incriminate myself. But yes, I do tend to get upset when someone trashes Medium or Patricia Arquette. Nice to meet you too.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:30 pm
Did you get to hear the interviews on this site for the Sci Fi channel for both Patricia Arquette and Allison Dubois? If not, look under recent posts above. Its the 2nd and 6th one.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:30 pm
Tom,
I just put the kids in bed. Well, they keep sneaking out, but at least they’re ready for bed. My husband helped keep them in order during the show, but I’ll probably need to watch it again b/c I missed many details. My husband knows how much it means to me to see this show, so he tries to help out. My kids are night owls and usually don’t get to bed before 9pm, but tonight we were busy and just ignored them.
No kidding, this is a light night. At first I thought I was doing it wrong. I don’tthink I’ll be up for very much longer and I was hoping to talk more with everyone. Perhaps next week I’ll start much earlier in the day. I didn’t really realize that conversation started so early. But I don’t know what I’d talk about that early.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:32 pm
If I was Patricia, I would be very greatful to have both Dawn and Dorothy watching out for me.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:34 pm
Tom,
You’re funny. But my problem is that I’m a lot of talk and very little action. I still haven’t written and sent that fan letter that I’m dying to write. I haven’t got anything stopping me but myself.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:37 pm
Dorothy,
I know what you mean about not catching everything the first time you watch an episode. I find when I go back and watch it again, I find myself saying, how did I miss that???
Also I think there is alot you can share about working in film. Just how much work is involved
preparing for a part, researching. I know that is one of the things that you admire about Patricia is her preparation. I think that is one of the most important contributing factors for her success. She isn’t playing the part, she really is being that person she is playing.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:38 pm
Tom, you’re so full of it. You know as well as I do that you get as ticked as I do when someone disses Patricia. Lol.
What’d you think of the episode, Tom? Don’t spoil it for me though, cause I’m still watching it.
Dorothy, yeah, some weeks it is kinda light here, and it gets a little boring. It’ll pick up when Sheila gets here.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:38 pm
My take on that is you want it to be perfect. The same way you prepare for a part you are doing, you want it right.
I know you will get to it and it will be perfect. Especially after I proof it and add my 2 cents. LOL
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:41 pm
I guess Sheila must be really busy with work seeing that April 15th is approaching fast. But if I know Sheila, she will definitely be here when she is watching Medium in 20 minutes.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:43 pm
Dorothy,
The kids are probably future Medium fans and want to see why Mommy has to have total peace and quiet when Medium is on. You know how inquisitive they can be.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:44 pm
There’s a ton of preparation in playing a different role. Every character needs a past, even if it’s a small part. Luckily, Patricia was able to walk into a role that was already established; her childhood experience and feelings about specific parts of her life, etc.
In some interviews or behind-the-scenes footage having to do with working with her brother, Patricia metnioned how her brother could help her bring real life situations into play to help her with her role. That’s a very good method. Real life provides such wonderful material to fall back on when acting. I can just imagine what Patricia has to use from her life to help her in all her different kinds of encounters when she acts.

Dorothy,
Even though there aren’t too many people logged on right now, your comments will be reviewed tomorrow and people will add their comments through the week. Make sure you check off the box so that you will get emails when people add their comments after you leave.
See thats the type of insight I was referring to, you are a wealth of good information.

I really like this episode so far. It definitely has a lighter feel than most of the episodes do , but it’s refreshing.
You all are so right about catching things after a second viewing.I find that a lot of the episodes get better after a second or third time watching them.
Tom

I think you would find her very interesting to talk to. She does accounting work if my memory serves me correctly.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:52 pm
I will try and slow down. With all the work I have done on computers through the years I am able to type 120 words per minute, so sometimes I do get carried away. lol
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:53 pm
Dawn,
The episode was light the first half, but then it kicked in the 2nd half.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:54 pm
Ugh, poor woman. I think a quote from Medium sums up my feelings about Sheila and her job. “I admire (her), but I don’t envy (her)” Is that how it went? Anyway, I can’t understand why anyone would want to be an accountant. She must have a lot of patience and be much smarter than I. Can’t wait to meet her.
There are times when I understnad and appreciate episodes so much better after the sceond time. It is so nice now that they are provided online.

Hello my people! I am heeeeeeeerrrre.
Good god, somebody pass me a drink. Oh wait, here it is. Vodka and 7-Up, with a cherry and a bit of cherry juice to make it ever so slightly pink.
*sip*
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH. Dang I needed that. Long day, peeps.
I see Tom has outed my profile. Eek!
Dorothy: I am a CPA. Because I do not want a life from January through mid-April each year, apparently.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 9:57 pm
Hey, guys
Sorry I’ve been so quiet but I got caught up in the show.
Tom, you are so right about the ep. It definitely kicked in in the second half. I’m done now so I can chat til Sheila gets here. Hopefully she won’t be late.
Dorothy, yeah, Sheila is pretty cool. She does a great job keeping this site up.

Kick your shoes off and relax.
Have some bloomin’ onion.

Lol, I love that!
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:03 pm
I told you Sheila would be here in time to watch Medium. Good to see you again and just think mid April is next week so I know you will be here early next week.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:03 pm
I have a friend who thinks he looks a young Andy Griffith. Isn’t that hilarious?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:04 pm
What’s wrong with Michael? I don’t really care either way, I just never thought about it.
Yeah, I’ve really got to watch the episode again. I think I was too distracted by the end to really follow what “kicked in”.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:04 pm
Dorothy,
Did the kids sneak out again and you roundin them up?? lol
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:04 pm
Sheila, aren’t you glad tax season is almost over?
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:05 pm
I think maybe a BIG Andy Griffith, not a young Andy Griffith
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:06 pm
Scanlon’s here. Hey, doll.
SShh, don’t tell Joe I was coming on to Scanlon.
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:06 pm
Tom: This time next week, I will be FREE. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! For about nine months, anyway.
Dawn: No way! A young Andy Griffith? Hm…check out this pic and weigh in.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:07 pm
Tom, I don’t see the Andy Griffith thing at all.
But I do think he’s a really good actor. He was great in ‘We Were Soldiers”.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:07 pm
I am glad tax season is over for you, so you can start this party earlier. The only advantage of being on the east coast is we get to see Medium earlier then most of you. However this party takes a couple of hours to kick in.
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:08 pm
It is nice to see Scanlon. I missed him last week.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:09 pm
I like Andy, maybe its the ears.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:09 pm
Sheila, I still don’t see the Andy Griffith thing. But he is cute though. But he’s got nothing on Joe and Scanlon.
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:09 pm
Isn’t that Cindy Pickett?
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:09 pm
Poor Joe. He just can’t catch a break.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:10 pm
Sheila, you’re right. That is Cindy Pickett. What else has she been in?
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:10 pm
You know when all the regulars are in the episode it feels like the whole family is there. Except for you know who of course.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:11 pm
Isn’t that hilarious?
Allison is telling this woman NOT to use a psychic! Lol.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:12 pm
Who is Cindy Pickett?
Maybe Dorothy was right. I just received an error message when I went to post, it said I was posting to quickly. lol
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:13 pm
I have no idea why I know her name. I don’t recognize much of what she has been in. Check out her IMDb profile.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:13 pm
Tom, I got the same message a couple of times.
Uh-oh, Bridget, the little detective.
She’ll do anything to get out of math class.
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:14 pm
I got that stupid message, too. And I’m the administrator! It is new. We’ve never had it here before. I’ll send a message to tech support and ask what the story is.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:15 pm
Wow, Cindy Pickett has been in a lot of stuff. I can’t remember exactly what I’ve seen her in, but I know I’ve seen her a lot.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:16 pm
Sheila, I totally see the Andy Griffith thing.
Tom, yep, my two-year-old doen’t want to go to bed. It’s 11pm!! Two nights ago he was up until 1am and I just went to bed and found him later asleep on the couch watching tv. But I also had to step away and get some soup. I’m feeling a little sick.
Dawn, I loved that part. Especially how she said that a jury would never accept the use of a psychic. I gues she knows what she’s doing when she keeps herslef a secret.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:18 pm
Has anyone been watching Crossing Jordan? I think that show is over. I think they’ve jumped the shark with that brain tumor storyline.
Did we lose Dorothy?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:18 pm
Bridgette cracks me up when she’s so serious. She gets that little pout thing going and it’s adorable. Those parents should know by now not to question their children when they’re serious about something.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:20 pm
I meant what role did she play in Medium tonight? Was she that woman bouncing on the couch with the guy who was killed?
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:20 pm
Dorothy, you’re so right about that. Hope you’re feeling better.
And one little tiny favor, and then another. Sounds like my little brother.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:21 pm
I’ve been watching Crossing Jordan. I think they’re pulling at strings. Plus, Jordan’s rebellion against going in for surgery is just frustrating to me. Why then did all the articles about Medium being renewed talk about how it was gaining momentum from the Jordan audience? Something like that.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:21 pm
Based on her age, must have been the wife
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:21 pm
Tom, Cindy Pickett was the wife in tonight’s ep.
Bridgette so wants her math teacher busted.
When is Joe gonna learn not to question the women in his house?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:21 pm
Tom,
I love how you use the word “bouncing”. Ha!
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:22 pm
Good golly…BREASTS!
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:23 pm
Dorothy, you’re right about the scene with Michael pretending to ‘feel’ something. It was almost embarrassing for him to be putting on such an act.
But it was funny watching Allison’s expressions as she’s watching him do that.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:23 pm
See Tom, I TOLD YOU SO!! Thanks for noticing, Sheila!
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:24 pm
Hey, speak of the devil. I just got an “error” notice too. Glad to be in on the fun.I was feeling left out.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:24 pm
Yes, I see Sheila got to my favorite part. You have to admit, they were bouncing. Surpised the guy didn’t die from a heart attack
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:25 pm
SCRUB UP!
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHHA!!!!
I LOVE that line!
Karnak! Too Funny!
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:26 pm
I love the guy playing the dead husband. Actually, I love to hate him. He always plays a creepy guy but I once saw him as a good guy on Star Trek:The Next Generation so I now required to love him. He needs to lose the dorky mustache, though.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:26 pm
Yep, proof that I missed stuff. I missed a bunch of lines here and there. I don’t recognize anything Dawn just talked about.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:27 pm
Yeah, those things looked like they could hurt somebody for sure.
It is a miracle he didn’t have a heart attack.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:27 pm
Maybe next week I’ll try locking my kids in the closet!
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:28 pm
Dorothy,
Sometimes you have to read Dawns lines over again too.
Only kidding Dawn. lol
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:29 pm
Dorothy, don’t feel like the Lone Ranger. But that line about ’scrubbing up’ was HILARIOUS to me. I guess it’s because I work in an OR.
And ‘What color is my aura now?’
She looked like she was ready to strangle him.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:29 pm
Didn’t the son think it a bit odd that his father would tell the psychic to recall some memory about his childhood and not something more along the lines of, “you killed me, you punk!”
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:29 pm
Handcuffs work too also try vasaline on the door knobs of their bedroom door too.
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:30 pm
Oh no, Sheila, I hope I’m not spoiling anything for you. I forgot you were wathing it now.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:30 pm
Tom, what does that mean? I told you about my warped sense of humor.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:31 pm
Tom, you’re starting to worry me. You sound like you have a little too much experience with that.
Tom
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:31 pm
I know Dawn. It took me awhile to appreciate brussel sprouts too. LOL
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:32 pm
I caught the “aura” part. Those two have a great dynamic on screen. I like watching them interact. I can believe their relationship.
Sheila
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:33 pm
No worries, Dorothy. There be time differences here. Besides, I like to know things ahead of time.
Sooooo, I am guessing the teacher DID break the window. Bridgette cannot possibly be mistaken. I wonder why.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:33 pm
Our fourth child.
The big lumpy one on the couch.
Joe cracks me up!
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:33 pm
You were referring to my kids, weren’t you, Tom?
Um…I sure hope so.
Dawn
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:34 pm
Tom, are you comparing me to BRUSSEL SPROUTS?!
Sheila, of course Bridgette knows what she’s talking about.
Like I said, when will Joe learn to listen to them?
Dorothy
Apr 11, 2007 at 10:35 pm
Missed that “couch” part, too. Geez, where was I? I swear I never took my eyes off the screne, but I was yelling at my kids enough that I guess I missed more than I thought.

Hi everyone. I’m late, but I’m here. I like that they made Smoke On The Water Michael’s song, but I have to say… Allison was dreaming about her brother watching porn. Ewwwwww.

Trivia: Christopher McDonald is the guy playing the murder victim. He was in Yesterday’s Enterprise and had a fling with Denise Crosby’s character Tasha Yar.

Sometimes Joe’s lines are so deadpan that I miss them too. That’s why it’s fun to watch this show over and over. And Jake’s delivery is so perfect. I love him. He is perfect for the part and his chemistry with Patricia is fantastic. I really think he deserves an Emmy. I hope he gets noticed this year, though I don’t expect it to happen.

Dorothy,
Yes my remark about door knobs was to keep your kids in their room so you can watch medium in peace and quiet. hmmmm Do you remember what peace and quiet is????
Dawn,
I would never compare you to brussel sprouts (giggles)

Well, I hate to say it, but I’ve finished my soup and I’d better get going for right now. If I can’t fall asleep, which is a common issue of mine, perhaps I’ll return and see if anyone is still around.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself here. Thanks a lot everyone. Glad to have met you. Now you are all invited over to my house to play. Can’t wait for next week. Have a good night y’all.

Tom, what’d I say?
Funny how quickly Lucky took to psychic crime-solving. And now there’s sibling rivalry.
“Official Secret Police Psychic”
Lol. I wonder if that job comes with a badge and a gun.

Well Michael is a bit big for his britches, isn’t he? And he’s wrong. And Allison is right. Oh the damage I foresee to his fragile ego.
Brett

Michael just doesn’t have the personality to be a double secret police psychic. That was a good scene.

I have to say, I really like the feel of this episode. I have to admit I think David Arquette did a better job than some of the other directors they’ve had recently.

Of course, he’s gettin’ too big for his britches. And Allison is gonna bust his bubble.
What are big sisters for?
I love that. She pours milk in his coffee and then takes it. Lol.

Well I think I am going to head for bed. Was a great session tonight, glad Dorothy was able to attend. Hope everyone has a good night and will talk to you soon.
Sheila,
The trouble I had posting that comment (2) was it something I did that caused the problem? If so let me know.
Thanks for a great Open Mic session and glad next week you can kick back and relax since tax season will be over.

Very cool episode. My only complaint is that we could have got a little more background on Monica as to why Gregory didn’t want Wes with her.

‘nite Tom. I’m not sure why you ended up in Spam. Maybe because it was a long comment? Posting links sometimes send comments to spam, but you didn’t have any. I do check it quite often on Open Mic Night afternoon, but I got swamped today.
‘nite Dawn.
Brett: And what kind of girl is she having a romp on the couch with an old man when she is in a relationship with someone else? Trollop.

Welcome Dorothy! Sounds like you work in the entertainment business - you simply MUST DISH to us and tell us all the great stories!
Episode was good, although we could have used even more Scanlon interaction - he hasn’t had a good argument with Allison in a while. He’s so talented (and such a hunk) but they just don’t use him enough. I would also have liked to see Allison talking with Michael about his new found skill at solving crimes and forewarn him about seeing dead people not being all its cracked up to be - the blood and gore, etc. Especially since he has seemed to fight off these images before.
Sheila, I’m with you about him (Michael) creeping me out somewhat. I do think he is a good actor, I just don’t find him attractive.
Tom - handcuffs and vaseline - I thought you were talking kinky stuff there for a bit! Ha!
Brett, glad you joined in.
As far as the lady’s husband having a heart attack with Ms Boob, I got the impression that he is no stanger to the extra marital tryst. Christopher McDonald ususally plays a sleazy guy.
That Bridget - isn’t she just too cute? Joe - duh - as usual not believing in what they say to him. If I were them, I’d ask to have Bridget transferred to someone else’s math class - that woman was horrible - even before we found out she really did it - just couldn’t imagine why she did it.
NBC is so stupid - so what if next week’s show is a repeat, they should at least show a clip and promote it.

Dawn, I agree with you about Crossing Jordan. I like to watch the show, but have found this season a disappointment. Look at the way NBC has treated CJ over the years - it’s been moved all over the schedule and started late this year, too. I do like the characters on the show, but find their plots to be completely ridiculous - they are NOT CSI’s but they act like they are.
I can’t believe they didn’t even bring back Jordan’s dad for her big surgery! I guess the budget cuts at NBC has kept him off the show - he hasn’t been on for a couple of years now. Heck, even soap operas bring back real important people from the past for big things.
I think they jumped the shark a while back when they brought “Lu” in and had her go from being the department psychiatrist/psychologist to being a dectective. Huh? Getting her involved with Woody was just wrong.
Las Vegas is another one that I liked the first season, but it’s gotten dumber and dumber as the years go by. I never saw the need for Mary in the first place, so I really don’t see her exit as any great loss. Putting Danny back with Delinda - been there done that first season - couldn’t they think of any other story lines for these people?
I’m so glad that Medium has such good writers - it’s just too bad that NBC doesn’t really get behind this show and promote it. Delaying it and moving it to such a lousy time is the only reason the ratings have dropped off.
