She looks like her lovely self; very healthy and with much better hair and dress.

Still not in love with the dress, but SO much better than at the GGs, I have to give her props!
You know, compared to how she looked at the GGs, she knocked a good 10 years off her appearance.
Note the rare open mouth smile!
Hey! How come Sandra Oh has a door bell on her sternum?

Yes, much better than the Golden Globes - her dress and hair and makeup were very severe on GG - here much better.
Wow! she looks tiny standing next to Sandra Oh, because I know she (Sandra) is tiny - they need to dress her better on the show. Lots of times they dress her in things that aren’t very flattering to her figure. Maybe they should dress her sexier and show her boops and legs more and Medium would get more press like Ghost
Whisperer!
I totally forget the SAG awards were on until about 1/2 over. I did see Glen Gordon Caron and Tina Di Joseph (gag) in a brief shot toward the end. Did anyone ever see if any of the other Medium cast were present and did they show them?
Don’t you think the camera guys concentrate on two few people in the audience? I noticed during the GG, they kept showing the same 5 or 6 people over and over. I wanted to see who else was there!

Re Sandra Oh: I saw a pic of her dress all poofed out on the red carpet. Maybe the doorbell is a secret puffer-dress inflation button to be used in case of paparazzi emergencies. OMG a camera! Quick, activate the puffer dress!
I kid, why? Because I love.

I think Patricia has a LOVELY smile. I can’t believe that is what everyone makes fun of. That’s it?
What I really want to know is, does Sandra Oh also have teeth shyness? Look at that photo of the two of them facing the cameras. Are those identical hide-my-teeth smiles, or what?

She looked SO lovely indeed. We knew she could do it. Too bad she did not win!

Patricia has no doubt had to see her smile on the big screen in close-up often enough to become self conscious…. From a distance, she does indeed look pretty when she smiles, but close-up, it’s snaggle-tooth city.
Given that it seems to make her uncomfortable, it’s curious that she hasn’t invested in invisalign. Geez, even gay munchkin Cruise went the braces route!

Just a note about the teeth:
In person, you really, honestly do not see crooked teeth. they look bright and white, and straight in person. She also looks very, very young in person (barely 30).
Seeing pictures of her is strange, because the camera makes her look very different to me. The way the light hits her teeth makes them look more crooked or something.
I love her teeth the way they are, as well as the rest of her.
She deserves all the positive press and energy she can get for not conforming!
We all have friends and family who are not perfect, who do not have perfect teeth or skin, bodies, etc., and we love them for who they are. WE are not perfect. The same can be said for Patricia because, even though people tend to forget this with celebrities, THEY ARE PEOPLE TOO!!!

Michael - I hear ‘ya. I only mention the teeth because P.A. seems to put such an effort into not showing them at red carpet events.
I too admire the fact that she seems to say to Hollywood accept me as I am. It’s refreshing that she doesn’t feel the need to diet herself into skeletal form to fit in.
But when it comes to these red carpet events, she DOES seem uncomfortable smiling. Which is odd because she certainly gets more flack for her dress sense than for her teeth.
Michael, if you know her you tell her to get in touch with me before the next red carpet event.
I need to take that girl shopping and keep her away from the hair and makeup people that she worked with for the Golden Globes!
