Patricia Arquette at the 2007 SAG Awards
The Screen Actor’s Guild Awards are on as I write this and Patricia Arquette just lost to Chandra Wilson from Grey’s Anatomy for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series. ::sigh::
But who cares! She looked GOOD! Soft, blond, hair dressy yet casually tousled at the same time. Here, see for yourself:

Softer hair, softer makeup and softer dress…Well done Patty!
Sure, she played it safe and therefore will not wind up on anyboby’s best dress list, but better that than some of those get-ups she’s worn in the past.
Chandra Wilson was a surprise win, but I doubt Patty felt badly about it. Like herself, Chandra does not fit the “Hollywood mold” as she herself so eloquently pointed out in her acceptance speech.

I loved this look! Soft and feminine, elegant, yet casual. That’s Patricia’s style. Such a classy lady! Did anyone see Ryan Seacrest interview her on the red carpet? It’s about time! And that NECKLACE! $1,000,000!! Can you imagine walking around with that around your neck? I can understand why Patricia was nervous wearing it. And wasn’t Thomas looking HOT?!! He is sooo sexy!! But that’s a topic for another time. And he couldn’t keep his eyes (or his hands) off of Patricia. How sweet is that? She is so lucky!

Missed the seacrest interview. What did they talk to her about? She looked absolutely stunning!

She was stunning! Ryan was lame though. He acted like someone had a gun to his head. He actually said to her and Thomas “I’m supposed to say you look good.” Then he asked about her dress and jewelry. The dress was Riser Goodwin and the jewels were Neil Lane. She told him how much the necklace was worth and how nervous she was to be wearing it. She was afraid of it being stolen. Then he asked the dumbest question of the night. Do you believe in ghosts? She must be getting so tired of answering that question. But she’s come up with a great answer. It always shuts them up. That was it. Ryan never asked about the show, which I was ticked about.
