I don’t know what to make of television executives, I really don’t. Their decisions confound me. I am guessing their bonuses are tied to ratings? But if that were the case, you would think they would stick with tried and true shows that have nice solid ratings. Instead, they gamble on what I can only guess they think is a “sure thing.” Hm, smells a lot like stock market speculation to me.
If anyone knows how it all works, I would love to hear about it.
