Interesting thought. I think Scanlon would let her kiss him, because I think he has a little jones for her. So he wouldn’t push her away TOO quickly. But he wouldn’t let it go too far because of their working relationship and because he does have a certain degree of respect for her.

He does have a lot of respect for her - have you ever noticed when they are together, he always calls her Allison, but whenever he is around anyone else at City Hall or in the field, he always refers to her as “Mrs Dubois”?
I think he would enjoy kissing her - at least it would still his curiosity about what it would be like to kiss her.

LOL I love the word “hoochie-mama”! What Dawn wrote sounds right to me. Knowing it’s not really Allison doing the kissing, I think he’d do the gentlemanly thing and push her off after a second or so. Although I’d be much more entertained should the third option occur. I can’t imagine they’ll actually let them kiss at all, though … If there is any sort of a kiss between Scanlon and Allison–even on the cheek!–in the episode, please picture me passed out in shock on the floor in front of my TV. ;)

I just remembered when “Nash Bridges” was on, and Nash was living with Yasmine Bleeth’s character and Joe, Nash’s partner, started having sex dreams about her! It was so funny! Seeing him react to her the next day at work! Joe, for the most part, was happily married to Ingrid, although they had a brief separation at one time.
The writers could come up with something like that. Remember in the ep, I think it was “Judge, Jury, and Executioner” where Joe is on jury duty and Allison is dreaming about the guy who is accused, but she can’t help because of Joe being on the jury. She has this dream of the guy having sex with this lady who keeps showing up in the courtroom during the trial.
Allison goes to Scanlon and asks him to meet her outside the courtroom so she can point out this woman so he can find out who she is and what’s up with her and the defendent. Allison and Scanlon are waiting and he asks, “Exactly what did you see in your dream?” Allison replies, “They were making love - what do you want details(or blow by blow despcription - can’t remember exact words)” and Scanlon smiling broadly, says, “Yea, if you’re up for it!”

I’m right there on the floor with you, sisters. Allison and Scanlon ‘getting busy’. Now there’s a dream sequence for you. Could you imagine Allison waking up from that one, in bed with JOE?!
Allison as a hoochie-mama?!!! LOL. I totally missed that!!!

Oooh, I like your ideas about a dream sequence where Scanlon (or Allison…or both!) are all awkward the next day. Hee!
