What should we to to the NBC executives who relegated Medium to mid-season?
Oh sure, they are bringing it back next month…after one of their new shows tanked. They are still evil for putting us through such emotional trauma and must be punished. But how…?
THE CHOICES
Make them wait until April for the Super Bowl
Make them perform naked in the fully televised Super Bowl half-time show…and endure the subsequent public wrath a la Janet Jackson
Force them to watch hour after hour of Televangelist TV at full volume a la Hannibal Lecter’s punishment in Silence of the Lambs
Take away their favorite thing (whatever that may be - coffee, chocolate, sex) until Medium airs

I say lock the NBC programming execs who have shat upon Medium in the same room with the assholes who over-programmed Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Deal or No Deal to DEATH, and perhaps they’ll learn a bit from each other and come to a happy….medium. Seriously, it’s hard to fathom the minds of programming execs… I don’t think there’s a more jumpy, cover-your-own-ass group of executives on this planet. Why they choose to air some programs ad nauseum while ignoring others is simply beyond me. One thing’s for certain - quality and/or critical success matter little.
