Sofia Vassilieva Isn’t the Only Bald Person on Set Today
Wow, if these photos are anything to go by, My Sister’s Keeper is going to be fantastic. Sofia isn’t the only one who’s bald on the set. Cameron Diaz, who plays her mom in the movie, is also bald, although I think she may actually be wearing a cap to shoot her bald scenes. The story line has her mom shaving her head to support her. The book is a real tearjerker. Read it before the movie comes out if you get a chance. I think it would be fun to have a discussion about the differences between the book and the movie after we watch it.
I’d say that this is definitely why we didn’t get to see Ariel in the last few episodes, though. They are really far into filming the movie and all 
the other actors would have to sit around without filming while Sofia went away for several days just to shoot a few minutes here and there for Medium. I would imagine that Cameron Diaz has an especially tight schedule and can’t afford delays. I’m glad to see she is back after the death of her father and looking good. In fact, both of these ladies look so good bald that I won’t be shocked if it becomes a fashion statement!
