Promo for Medium 6×09 “The Future’s So Bright”
November 18, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
CBS has released the promo for this week’s episode, “The Future’s So Bright.” In it, Allison has some crazy sunglasses that allow her to see numbers on peoples’ heads. These numbers apparently correspond to the number of days the person has left to live. She says she can’t look at Joe or the girls, but it’s unclear whether she means she can’t physically look at them, or she can’t bring herself to. One thing is clear though: Lee has a “1″ on his forehead!

Behind-the-scenes video for Medium 6×06 “Bite Me”
October 30, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
Thanks to intrepid commenter, Linda, we have even more goodies in preparation for tonight’s Halloween episode of Medium. She pointed me in the direction of a behind-the-scenes video that you guys have been talking about in the comments. It’s a little spoilery, so if you’re very much against that sort of thing, I would recommend that you avoid it until after you’ve seen the episode. So with that said, I won’t talk too much more about it, other than to say, it looks like Jake Weber is putting his sweet Dawn of the Dead skills to good use!

Extended preview of Medium 6×06 “Bite Me”
October 28, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
I’m getting more and more excited for this week’s episode. CBS has just released a new, extended preview of “Bite Me” that gives us a look at exactly what Medium is doing with Night of the Living Dead. In the clip, the entire DuBois family is inserted into the movie, in full 60s regalia. Ariel is even wearing a braided wig, since her current haircut is just a bit too modern.
Joe and Allison are strangers in this clip, and the girls are his daughters. They’re all in a house together hiding from the zombies, but apparently 1960s Joe isn’t so …read more
My Medium Season 6 Preview
September 22, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
This is up here a little late and some of you have discovered it already, but my season 6 preview of Medium is up on CliqueClack TV.
So one thing that I touched on but didn’t talk about too in depth in the preview is Joe’s job. I read all of your comments, and a recurring theme is how tired many of you are of the constant state of flux Joe’s career has been in during the past few seasons. While I do think some of the related stories have been interesting, I do agree that it has been to large …read more
More on the Medium Panel at PaleyFest
September 15, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
I have been waiting for this video all weekend, but here it is: TV Guide covered PaleyFest 2009, and posted some red carpet interviews with the cast. He asks each of them what’s in store for their characters this season– except for poor Maria Lark. He just asks her what happened to her ankle. Here response? “Too many Shirley Temples. I’m just a closet drinker.” Man, I wish I were as cool as she is.
(Warning: the video has slight spoilers for season 6)
TV Guide also posted an interview with Patricia Arquette, that had some spoilers for season 6. More on …read more
Is Ariel a Murderous Stripper?
September 7, 2009 by Kona Gallagher
Sure, it starts out innocently enough: A haircut; one that makes her look her actual age, instead of perpetually 13. Then the next thing you know, she’s covered in blood with a cold stare and a large weapon in her hands.
Kids– they grow up so fast.
So of course Ariel isn’t actually a murderous stripper this season, but in the second episode of the season, she may be possessed by one. Daemon’s TV has the first picture from 6×02 titled, “Who’s That Girl,” in which Allison believes that Ariel is possessed by a murdered stripper who is now trying to exact …read more

Any scoop on Medium and how it might change now that it’s switched to CBS? — Antioch

He explained that he half-seriously wrote the medical cliff-hanger to stave off cancellation. Now that the show is safely ensconced on Friday nights with soul-sister Ghost Whisperer, this season will deal with the aftermath of Allison’s health problems, …read more
