The Boob Dress That Would Not Go Away

Holy Candy - The Altar of the Superficial - is hosting the 2006 Candy Awards. Patricia Arquette has won a Candie for Most Flagrant Abuse Of Mammary Gland Blessing.

She beat out Britney Spears, Pamela Andersen, and Jordan (aka Katie Price) for this, erm, honor.

That dress is the Fashion Don’t that would not die.

    Sheila, Thanks for continuing to document my favorite outfit of 2006!

    Patty, Thanks for the mammaries! Although I think this is one of the breast outfits you ever wore, perhaps it might be breast if you took it down a notch during this upcoming awards season.

    Although I’m sure your stylist/advisors have only your breast intentions at heart, you’ll never make the breast dressed list at this rate. (Or perhaps you will??) My offer still stands, give me a call and we’ll go shopping. I promise I’ll do my breast to refine your image.

    To JCW / From Patty: You are my new breast friend! I do always want to look my breast but it is so hard these days to compete with all the younger women disguised as walking popsicle sticks with breasts. I did my breast to garner attention. And it worked! From October 14, 2006, through January 6, 2007, so far. Usually the media publishes a photo right after the event and the breast you can hope for is maybe a week of publicity. This was my breast fashion choice ever in terms of keeping me in the popular consciousness!

    Tit’s certainly true that you’ve gotten alot of
    coverage for this particular bit of uncoverage.

    However, I still believe tit would be in your breast interest if you contacted me before choosing your awards show gowns. Trust me, tit’s the smart way to go - I won’t let them..er..you
    down!

    Oh, I hope we don’t see anything like this number at the Golden Globes or the SAG awards. She can be pretty when she doesn’t where silly outfits like this and get ridiculous haircuts (like what she’s sporting right now :( ).

    Holly: Could not agree more about the clothes - but I LOVE Patty’s haircut! No one sports that china doll ‘do better than her!

    I knew the minute I saw pictures of Patty in her breast dress ever, that this would be a classic fashion moment. I am dying to see fidio of this, how did, er, ‘they’ move when she walked the runway and the red carpet?
    I am sure she knows better for award shows, and I am sure she was just have some fun with the breast dress.
    She looked dynomite last year at the GG’s and SAG wards, and I am sure she willa gain this year.
    I wonder if she has a stylist?

    Patty does indeed have a stylist.

    Whenever she has a big event coming up, she phones Aunt Minnie Mae who promptly goes into action and whips something up out of old couch cushions or curtains that she has lying around.

    ‘06, Minnie Mae deemed the year of checks and plaids. Look for large floral motifs in ‘07!
