The Horrors of Lost Data
In honor of LiveDVDBlogging Week here at Medium Dreams, I spent the last three hours drafting and editing a post on Episode 4, Night of The Wolf. Okay, maybe I took a few breaks to get the laundry out of the dryer and pop some cookies in the oven.
THE POINT IS, I was all done and performing a simple Find & Replace on a misspelled name when…POOF!…gone. All of it. Even my previously saved drafts.
So, no liveDVDblogging post tonight. Dangit!
Catch you tomorrow. Late, cuz I have to go to my real job during the day.

Arg, that sucks! No chance of finding it in the data logs or anything?

Nope. I located the ecto data file on my C drive and the draft is nowhere to be found. I posted on the ecto forum and the bug will be fixed but I am out of luck on my draft. Bummer. :(
